The plain brutal honest truth is the exam isn’t easy and many still find it rough. Do yourself a favor and follow the advice in this session to avoid any ugly suprises.
Understand the exam is not filled with formulas as you may have been made to think
The exam is HIGHLY situational. You need to know “WWPMID” What would the PMI do? Not what would I do today. Without making the switch it will be rough for anyone with preconceived notions.
Several experienced PMPs and Program Managers fail this exam. It is not a picnic.
Focus on what you would do if you came across SEVERAL seemingly ambiguous questions. Will you mark them and answer them to review later or just mark them? You need to decide on a strategy.
Do not expect all the questions are exactly like what you encountered on practice tests. They are not.
How did you find the exam? Let us know.
All the best. Put in that study time, read the PMBOK Guide and keep on at it studying until the evening before day you take the exam!
